5) Relax: High stress levels can cause the production of a hormone known as ‘Cortisol’ in our body. This hormone has the tendency to increase body weight, so try to partake in relaxation exercises as soon as you begin to feel excessively stressed.

6) Eat a balanced diet: It is important to eat a balanced diet and avoid certain foods if you want to lose weight. The foods include those that are high in sugar and caffeine. Stay away from any type of soda. Even diet sodas. Thats what i do, atlease. Drink things such as water, lemonaid, or hawiian punch power packs into water. Eat one meal a day and exersice for 30 mineuts a day. If you do this on concistant bases, you will infact loose quick and easy weight. Also, i suggest, if you smoke, it makes matters worse.

Jessica.. I do not agree with that at all. Eating one meal a day only messes up your metabolism and trains your body to then store any fat as only eating once a day your body never knows when its going to get food again.. hence it storing fatty cells that is when bloating occurs. Elizabeth.. drink plenty of water.. recommend 8 glasses a day, stay away from soda all together. When you grocery shop stay away from the isles, only stick to the outside of the grocery store(fruits and veggies, grains, meats, dairy) as everything else in the aisles is considered “fillers” which contain too much salt, msg, and stuff that was not meant to be put into our bodies. Try light exercise for 30 minutes 2 – 3 times a week, and slowly increase the time when you feel comfortable doing so.

Eating one meal a day and drinking high sugar contents like hawaiian punch is not a good advice for people trying to loose weight!! Eat 4 to 5 small meals a day filled with veggies and protein. Drink plenty of water!! Try to exercise 4 to 6 days a week for an hour if you can. Believe it or not weight training can burn as much as calories as cardio because it burns calories hours after finishing.

Being fat makes us emotionally weak.WHAT NONSENCE! You sound like an anal retentive type A ,condescending asshole. These are the same people that push the diet pyramid that keeps people fat. Fat has nothing to do with being weak emotionally,or lazy,or jolly etc.
Fat people may be timid,but that doesn’t mean that they are emotionally weak. People of all sizes can be timid emotionally. Stop playing pretend professional and leave this up to the real professionals.

I have tried all kinds of diet pills, they dont work! I started gaining weight when I started getting steroid shots in my back, I dont each maybe breakfast 3-4 days a wk and dinner every nite and I have gained most of my weight around my stomach. when I was younger i could eat constantly and not gain a pound. why has my body changed so much? I really do need help losing this weight, I am a borderline diabetic because of it also. please help me!

Their is no quick way to lose fat . Remember the fat that you but on was not done over night yet we want to lose it over night. Stop and question your self what am i doing wrong x eats twice as much as me but he is still thin , LUCKY x

Start of slow , start cutting off all sodas,sweets,cakes,chips,junk food and stop eating anytime and all the time, eat at intervals of about 4 hours apart last meal at 19hoo .
when you get up drink a glass of hot water first then do you morning workout just go for a fast walk or jog for 20 to 30 min. have breakfast then start you day also drink a hot glass of water before you go to sleep. Have 100mg of asprain .eat 4 to 5 meals a day, in + – 6 to 8 months you will look great

Wow. So, uhm. I already do all of these things, and I don’t lose weight. I rarely ever even touch soda, and only drink water. Lots of water. I eat small meals and walk around everyday. I get the amount of sleep I should, and when I’m stressed, I take a bath to relieve it. WHY AREN’T I LOSING WEIGHT?!

Maybe its because your body is used to the activities you do. Try mixing up your workout. Insted of walking everywhere, try runnung, or doing workouts that touch diferent muscles in your body. Its good to change your workout routine every two weeks or every other week, depending on your body.

Hi! I’m 13 and I have a bit of a belly…and I really want to loose weight before Summer, but I get too lazy, and some part of my body always hurts. Drinking too much water at once makes me want to puke it all up, and it makes me feel even more fat. My dad says that if I run every day, it’ll help, but I also want more arm strength, because I have absolutely none. :( Please help if you can! Thanks!

Good vitamins to take for belly fat are vitamin D3,calcium,cortisol and omega 3 fish oils pills.I take mine with a meal.
I hit a plateau working out doing crunches and running 3 times a week.I could not seem to get my stomach pooch to go away.It wasn’t getting any bigger but it would not get any flatter.
So i did my research online bought a stomach rap and started taking the vitamins.
I started noticing a difference within a week.
I am not saying i have a 6 pack,but i am happy that my stomach does not pooch out like it did.

I’m like Mia accept I’m on the football team and I’m pretty strong and I’ve developed quite a bit of belly fat because I was always big and I made bad decisions. I do different workouts each day trying to get variety but it isn’t working. Please Help!

Eat healthy things like veggies grains get all your proteins but not too much at once then if you want you should listen to
Ur dad and do what he has sad running/jig each day builds up many muscles do pushes ups for arm strength superman and pull ups (:

Being overweight limits a person from living life to the fullest.. trust me I have lived skinny and i have lived fat. FAT FUCKING BLOWS. its a constant reminder. and being skinny, you move up into this mindset that blows confidence all over your perceptions of reality… but watch out.. then ppl will try to destory your control.. they will test you. they will try to fatten you up. but over all if you want to be thin. dont eat .. simple as that. you have to learn to hate food. and no matter what your eating even if its the healthest dish in the world make it a challenge to eat.. and when you start getting too thin just force yoourself to go to dinner with someone and push yourself to eat. you have one life.. be fat or be thin. but being thin means changing your relationship with food.. whether its a healthy relationship or a hate realationship either way you gotta change it in order to achieve what you want.

Eat natural foods (nuts & seeds in moderation, loads of raw veggies, protein, oatmeal in the morning, fruit, beans) + lots of H2O. Eat more in the morning, less as day progresses into night.
Breakfast: plain oatmeal w. skim or soy milk, greek yogurt with fruit: read dairy labels for sugar content!!!
Lunch: green salad w. protein OR whole grain wrap with chicken, tomato, sliced peppers, and kale (kale makes you feel fuller longer).
Dinner: soup (low fat preferably; Healthy Choice brand)
Snack: an apple (btw breakfast and lunch) & seeds/nuts (before dinner or after supper)
If you’re still hungry, pop some popcorn or snack on some raw carrots or prunes.

Exercise: cardio: (steep hill sprints would be your best bet for major weight loss. 5-50 yard sprints, resting in between for 1-2 min then repeat). swimming laps would also be great cardio solely because there’s no sweating involved; you’ll burn 350-500 calories an hour depending on how much you weigh. I swim 5 days a week and sprint Mondays and Fridays.
heavy weights: will keep your skin from sagging if you wanna lose a LOT of weight. Monday: upper body, Tues: lower body, Wednesday: no weights, Thursday: upper body, Friday: lower body.
Cardio: sprinting or swimming, and dumbbells (the heavier the weight you lift, the less chance skin will sag if you lose a lot of weight).
To reduce your chance of overeating on the weekend (since if you follow this plan, you wont be exercising on the weekends), go out to a club, go bowling, go to a game, go out with your girl/boyfriend or whatever. DON’T stay at home or you’ll probably end up eating everything and more in sight. If you are going to the movies, don’t eat too much chocolate or candy. Popcorn is the healthier choice. You don’t wanna ruin all the work you did during the week! Have fun, stay healthy, and/or lose weight the healthy way! Cheers!!!
By the way, I know what I am talking about. I am female and I have lost 50 lbs in 3 months. And no, I have not gotten bulky from lifting heavy weights, but I’ve gotten aLOT more toned in my abs and thighs: less jiggle in my thighs, loss of saddlebags, and my waist went from 38″ to a 25″. So yes, this DOES work!!!!!

To lose weight doesnt mean stop eating and stop everything you do sure drink plenty of water all that helps is your flushing toxic stuff out of your body. yeah your not drinking high calorie soda and full of sugar it certainly helps. Eat small meals because when you get to hungry you tend to eat alot which makes your stomach expand and its hard to return to normal. exersice is key!!!!!!! do anything to sweat and get your heart rate going trust me i battle weight constantly!

so im 15 yrs . i weigh around 160 lbs. idont know if thats obeste or whatever im just trying to loose weight i have no idea how ! my thighs are fine they’re kind of hard , & i have a little muscle on my arms , and my legs have muscle too . my only problem is my STOMACH . its all jiggly , and BIG ! im trying to loose weight from my stomach the MOST & make my face look more slim . i need help PLEASE .

It takes 8 weeks until you notice a difference in your self, keep a up with the regular exercise and I recommend that you eat a health 3 meals a day, NO ONE IS GOING TO HELP YOU this is something you have to do on your own people (the help me types)

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have struggled with my weight since High school, Im 38 yrs old with a 3 year old daughter. I thouhgt i would never lose weight until i tried this program . Please try this for 2 weeks and let me know how it works for you. You have got to eat every 2 to 3 hrs, drink (6) 16.9 ounce bottled water. You can have chicken breast (dont eat the skin) ground turkey and tuna. My carbs consist of : Uncle Ben’s white or brown rice & red potatoes.
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit & 3 eggwhites.
Mid-morning meal: 2oz protein chicken or turkey & 1/2 cup of fruit.
Lunch: 2oz protein 1/2 cup of veggies 1/2 cup of carb.
Mid-Afternoon meal: 20z protein 1/2 cup of carb.
Dinner: See lunch
If you get hungry after your last meal, you can have a 1/2 cup of fruit.
I also take multivitamins: One a day- the ones for active metabolism…in the green and white bottle. If 2oz is not enough each meal, eat 3oz. I also walk on my treadmill 30 minutes 5 days a week which is optional. I cook and measure my food a day before and seperate my meals in containers, this is what really helped me succeed. Good Luck!

Please try to eliminate salt and use herbs, they are awesome. I have lost 40 lbs in in 5 weeks. This is not a joke.

Belly fat, i love you- they all try to get rid of you. But im on to their tricks- no amount of preening can ever burn you away- im all you’ve got. Belly fat- hold on. I’m coming elizabeth. Hold on- damn you. Exercize- i hate you for trying to rid us of precious belly fat- just. Leave us alone- go away- we are happy w/out your burning, sweaty torture- belly fat, come on over- ive got our friend calories over for dinner tonight-lets roll!
